How do I order?

How long does delivery take?

Local Bardon-area delivery is usually within 7 days. I'll confirm your delivery window when I reply to your order.

How long do the treats last?

Fully sealed, several months in a cool dry place. Once opened, reseal and use within 4 weeks. No fridge needed.

Can I get a mixed pack?

Absolutely — just tell me your dog's preferences or any allergies and I'll put together a custom order.

Do you cater for dogs with allergies?

Yes — because everything is single ingredient, it's easy to avoid specific proteins. Just let me know.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash or card on delivery (limited coin change, sorry!) or PayID. Full payment details are shown at checkout. Secure online payments via Square — coming soon.
